Jessica has changed my life!! I've been training with her for 3 years and she is absolutely amazing. She is the first personal trainer I've ever had and probably will be the only trainer I ever have. Jessica challenges me in a way where I met my fitness goals but also understands my limitations. She pushes me in a way that makes me want to go back for more but doesn't ever want to make me give up or feel hopeless. She is flexible with scheduling and an absolute professional!! She has my highest recommendation. Worth every penny! treat yourself.

Best. Trainer. Ever! I've been working out with Jessica for almost 4 years. While my experiences with previous trainers have been inconsistent (too mechanical, overly pushy, frustratingly unreliable and/or egotistical), in Jessica, I found a knowledgeable, creative, consistent and reliable workout guru who has kept me motivated and focused while looking and feeling my best. Best of all, she makes working out fun! Yep - I actually ENJOY my workouts each and every time. During my pregnancy, Jess adjusted my workouts accordingly and stayed in-tune to my ever-changing needs. There's no doubt she contributed to the success of my quick, smooth delivery by helping me stay strong through her knowledge of pre/postnatal fitness. And she was right there to help me get back into my beloved jeans after delivery. Doesn't hurt that she's lovely inside and out and an absolute pleasure to work with. Down-to-earth, honest and authentic. Yes, this is the longest, most effusive review I've ever written, and for good reason: Jessica's so deserving! I couldn't recommend her more highly!

My wife and I trained for 3 years with Jessica and she is hands down the best trainer I have ever had. She helped get us back into the best shape in a long time before and after our wedding. I try to be a very active person whether that be running, circuit training, or spinning; and Jessica's sessions have always left me feeling accomplished yet challenged. She makes sure you are moving correctly in all the exercises with good form, and won't stand over you over-correcting you, hindering your ability to get a work out. She wants that heart rate up! She's friendly, outgoing, motivating, and a great coach! Anyone would be lucky to get on her schedule!!
